Last Patch: 24 March 2026
General Principles
At MyanMyanPay, we treat data as a functional necessity, not a commodity. This directive outlines our protocols for collecting, securing, and routing information across the infrastructure. By utilizing our services, you consent to the data practices described herein.
Data Collection Registry
Merchant Identifiers
Name, NRC data, company registry documents, bank account details, and contact information required for node activation.
Transactional Telemetry
Transaction amounts, timestamps, wallet provider IDs, and payment statuses processed via MMQR or API.
System Metadata
IP addresses, device identifiers, and browser strings used for security monitoring and anomaly detection.
Usage Directives
Core Operation
Data is strictly utilized to execute payment routing, facilitate settlements, and provide merchant support services.
Risk Mitigation
Metadata is analyzed to prevent fraudulent activities, manage AML compliance, and ensure system uptime.
Encryption & Sovereignty
Zero-Leak Architecture
All transactional payloads are encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols. We do not sell or lease your financial data to third-party marketers. Your ledger is your own.
External Routing
Information may be shared with external entities strictly under the following conditions:
- 01Routing to third-party banks and wallets to complete transaction loops.
- 02Provisioning to regulatory bodies (CBM) as required by Myanmar law.
- 03Collaborating with cloud infrastructure partners to maintain platform stability.
