Introduction

MyanMyanPay ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our Merchants, Creators, and their Customers. This protocol explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data across our payment gateway, SDKs, hosted storefronts, Cloud POS systems, and MotePhoe live alert widgets.

Data Collection Ledger

A. Merchant & Creator Node Data

Required for onboarding, KYC/KYB compliance, and payout routing:

[Contact]Email, phone number, channel handle, and physical address

[Identity]NRC, company registration, and Tax ID documentation

B. Customer & Supporter Node Data

Processed during transaction execution and donation events:

[Payment]Wallet reference IDs, masked card strings, and MMQR payload traces

[Donation]Supporter nickname, public message strings, and tip metadata for MotePhoe

[Txn Data]Transaction amount, status logs, timestamp, and unique order tokens

Processing

Facilitating payments, checkout sessions, and real-time alert broadcasts.

Settlement

Disbursing cleared funds to verified local bank accounts on scheduled payout cycles.

Risk Scan

Monitoring for suspicious activities, unauthorized charge attempts, or fraud.

Compliance

Adhering to Central Bank of Myanmar (CBM) regulatory requirements.

Security & Storage

Encryption

Data is securely encrypted in transit and at rest using modern encryption protocols across cloud infrastructure.

Retention

Financial logs, KYC records, and completed transactions are preserved for regulatory audit retention standards.

Cloud POS

Data entered is synced to cloud. Local device security and terminal access remain the merchant's responsibility.

Storefront

We host order data on your behalf. Unsolicited marketing using end-customer contact data is strictly prohibited.

MotePhoe Live Alerts

Supporter names and messages transmitted during live streams are broadcast to connected OBS browser overlays. No private payment details are ever exposed in public stream widgets.

Core SDK & APIs

MMPay acts as the Data Processor. The Merchant or Developer acts as the Data Controller responsible for end-user consent.
