MyanMyanPay ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our Merchants and their Customers. This protocol explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data across our payment gateway, SDKs, and POS systems.

Data Collection Ledger

A. Merchant Node Data

Required for KYC/KYB compliance:

Monitoring for suspicious activity or money laundering.

Adhering to Myanmar Central Bank (CBM) regulations.

Security & Storage

Encryption

Data is securely stored on cloud servers utilizing industry-standard encryption protocols.

Retention

Transaction and KYC data is retained for 5-7 years as per financial regulatory standards.

Cloud POS

Data entered is synced to cloud. Local device security remains merchant responsibility.

Storefront

We host data on your behalf. Unsolicited marketing using this data is prohibited.

Core SDK

MMPay acts as Data Processor. The Merchant is the Controller responsible for consent.
