MyanMyanPay provides payment gateway infrastructure. We are not a bank, financial advisor, or legal advisor. Use of the platform does not establish a fiduciary relationship.
Third-Party Dependencies
Network outages or API failures originating from third-party banks or mobile wallets.
Modifications to third-party policies, transaction limits, or external fee structures.
Disputes regarding the quality or delivery of goods between Merchant and Customer.
Accountability Protocols
Security Access
Merchants are strictly responsible for maintaining API key confidentiality. We disclaim all liability for losses resulting from user-side credential compromise.
Regulatory Freeze
Per CBM (AML/KYC) protocols, we reserve the right to delay settlements or suspend accounts if suspicious activity is detected.
Limitation of Liability
"To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyanMyanPay, Myantel Co., Ltd, or its directors shall have no liability for any loss or damage of any kind—including lost profits, revenues, or business opportunities—incurred as a result of the use of the platform.
