1. General Information

The information and services provided by MyanMyanPay ("we," "us," or "our") on myanmyanpay.com and our associated APIs, SDKs, and applications are for general informational and transactional purposes only. All services are provided in good faith; however, we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability, or completeness of any information or service on the platform.

2. Not Financial or Legal Advice

MyanMyanPay provides technical payment gateway infrastructure and software solutions. We are not a bank, a financial advisor, a tax advisor, or a legal advisor.

  • Use of our platform does not constitute a fiduciary relationship.
  • Merchants are solely responsible for calculating, collecting, and remitting any applicable taxes on transactions processed through our system.

3. Third-Party Payment Providers

MyanMyanPay acts as a technical aggregator connecting you to third-party payment wallets and banks (e.g., KBZPay, WavePay, AYA Bank). We have no direct control over these external networks and explicitly disclaim liability for:

  • Service outages, downtimes, or API failures originating from third-party banks or mobile wallets.
  • Changes to third-party policies, transaction limits, or fee structures that may affect your business.

4. Merchant-Customer Disputes

MyanMyanPay is an independent third-party service provider. We are not a party to the actual sales contract between the Merchant and the Customer. Therefore, we are not liable for:

  • The quality, safety, legality, or delivery of goods or services purchased using our gateway.
  • Resolving disputes, issuing refunds, or managing chargebacks. These must be resolved directly between the Merchant and the Customer.

5. Security and Account Compromise

Merchants and developers are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, API keys, and POS access. MyanMyanPay disclaims any and all liability for financial losses, unauthorized access, or data breaches resulting from a user's failure to secure their credentials or from vulnerabilities in the user's own server infrastructure.

6. Regulatory Actions (AML & KYC)

To comply with the Central Bank of Myanmar (CBM) regulations regarding Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Combating the Financing of Terrorism (CFT), MyanMyanPay reserves the right to freeze funds, delay settlements, or suspend accounts without prior notice if suspicious activity is detected. We shall not be held liable for any resulting financial impact or loss of business during such regulatory investigations.

7. Beta Services and System Availability

Certain features (including our Storefront, POS, and developer SDKs) may be offered as "Beta" versions. These Beta services are provided "as is" and may contain bugs or errors. While backed by the robust infrastructure of Myantel Co., Ltd, we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

Important Notice

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, under no circumstance shall MyanMyanPay, Myantel Co., Ltd, or its directors, employees, or partners have any liability to you for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the site or our services.

This includes, but is not limited to, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenues, or lost business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your use of the site and our services is solely at your own risk.
