Q: What are the standard transaction fees?
CORE RATEDeveloper API: A flat tariff of 100 MMK per successful transaction.
Storefront: A flat 5% fee per order across all features, including motephoe.com.

Q: How will MDR affect pricing if introduced?
If Merchant Discount Rate (MDR) regulations are applied, our standard pricing will adjust accordingly to include MDR.

The standard Developer API production key activation fee of 120,000 MMK per key is currently 100% waived.
Q: Are there any Storefront subscription or platform fees?
The Storefront annual subscription fee of 120,000 MMK per year (with zero monthly fees) is currently 100% waived.
Q: What is the cost of capital extraction (disbursement)?
Disbursement and withdrawal fees are currently waived (0 MMK). Merchants can extract settlement balances without deduction.
03. Sandbox & Developer Integrations
Q: How do I start developing with MyanMyanPay?

Q: Can I scan Sandbox QR codes with real banking apps (KBZPay, AYAPay)?
No. Production mobile banking apps cannot scan Sandbox test codes.

Q: Which domestic payment rails are supported in production?
We natively route payments across major domestic providers, including KBZPay, WavePay, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and standard MMQR-compliant banking networks.
Q: How are payment success events communicated to my server?
Our server delivers automated, signed JSON webhook payloads to your specified callback URL immediately upon payment clearance.
04. Settlements & Disbursements
Q: What is the minimum disbursement withdrawal threshold?
The minimum required amount to initiate a disbursement request is 10,000 MMK.
Q: What is the settlement schedule and cutoff protocol?
Settlement disbursements are processed twice a week on Monday and Thursday.
- Monday Payout: Request cutoff is Sunday at 11:59 PM.
- Thursday Payout: Request cutoff is Wednesday at 11:59 PM.
Q: How do merchants request a disbursement?
Merchants can submit a disbursement request directly from the Merchant Dashboard before the cutoff time. Disbursements are batched and executed according to the payout schedule.
Q: Which receiving accounts are supported for disbursement payouts?
Payouts route directly to your verified local corporate or personal accounts at KBZ Bank, AYA Bank, and CB Bank.
05. App Review & Go-Live Process
Q: How do I request a production key?
After internal testing, KYC-approved merchants can request a production key. To proceed, submit a review ticket with your App ID, a link to test (or the APK file if it is a mobile app), and proper instructions for testing.
Q: What is the review process for going live?
Our team reviews your application to ensure it meets our compliance guidelines. Once approved, your production key will be activated to go live.
06. UI & UX Guidelines
Q: What are the required UI (User Interface) guidelines?
COMPLIANCE- The MMQR logo must be clearly added and must not be tampered with.
- Foreign currencies cannot be displayed; you must use only MMK to display prices.
- You must include the text: "Payment powered by myanmyanpay".
- The QR code itself must not be tampered with.
- A relevant, visual timer must be added.
- A functional Download QR button must be provided.
Q: What are the required UX (User Experience) guidelines?
COMPLIANCE- After scanning, when the customer comes back to your application, the current page opened in the browser must not refresh. The transition should be seamless.
- If the page is refreshed, the application should cache the order and QR instances to reload and display them properly.
- The app must not create a new transaction request unless the user explicitly cancels the active order request.
- To prevent duplicate order requests and spam transactions, the application must strictly control browser refresh behavior.
